When you choose Custom Catering, Private Chef, and Homemade Goods to cater your next party or event you will be sure to have a food experience like none you have had before. Unlike most catering companies we do not list a number of items or trays for a fixed price. We work with you to come up with a price and menu that suits your budget and needs. This means we can customize a menu to your exact specifications rather than offer you a selection among limited items. We will work with you to provide the most one of a kind, personal food experience that we can deliver.
Our catering service is coordinated by Chef Brian and his long-time friend and co-worker, Chef Jeff Ewing. Chef Jeff brings his own cooking and food experience to Custom Catering, Private Chef, and Homemade Goods. Chef Jeff has worked as a chef, caterer, and in the retail food business for many years. Chef Brian and Chef Jeff will work together as a team to deliver to you a one of a kind, personal food experience.
Our prices are roughly $20/diner. This usually includes appetizers, entrees, and side dishes. This is also a dinner price. The price/diner is negotiable as well as the courses offered. If you would like more appetizers, multiple entrees, desserts, or special beverages, or anything you desire for that matter, we will work with you to come up with a price and menu catered to fit your needs. We can go much higher than $20/diner or much lower than $20/diner. It all depends on what you would like to have at your event.
